The Babylon trust structure manifests itself as a nucleus. The individual stands within in a limited group of people through which trust is vouched for or directly granted.
The cultural hoarder is an inhabitant of many temporal cities. All the inhabitants of these cities trust in the Organization of them, but this trust does not extend directly to the other inhabitants. The hoarder will make personal trust bonds with the people around them, maybe from the same camp or from meetings and form a local trust structure within the institutional one.
This is Blockchain, the individual just one of many.
You can see the Blockchain system as fully eliminating the need for interpersonal trust replacing it with trust in a code or with something entirely different.
Or you can see Blockchain as enabling each individual to trust each other individual, completely saturating the trust economy.
